Ingredients
20g baby spinach
50g butter, melted
100g Greek yoghurt
50g Parmesan or Cheddar, grated
175g self-raising flour
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan.
- Put the spinach and melted butter into a small processor and whiz until chopped.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Knead into a soft dough. Roll out on a floured worksurface. Stamp out small hearts and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
