Purple Porridge

Purple Porridge recipe by Annabel Karmel

Ingredients

  1. A knob of unsalted butter or dairy-free spread
    1/2 apple, peeled and finely diced
    25g porridge oats
    150ml calcium fortified almond milk
    25g blueberries

Method

  1. Melt the butter or dairy-free spread in a saucepan
  2. Add the apple and sauté for 2 minutes
  3. Add the remaining ingredients
  4. Stir over the heat until bubbling and the blueberries have softened
