Ingredients
2 small chicken breasts
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
2 Baker Street burger buns- Coleslaw
¼ white cabbage
1 small carrot, grated
4 spring onions, sliced
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C Fan. Line a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.
- Mix the ketchup, hoisin, soy and honey together in a bowl. Put the chicken breasts on to the baking sheet and spoon over the sauce.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Using two forks, pull the chicken into pieces and mix with any sauce leftover on the baking sheet.
- Mix the cabbage, carrot, spring onion and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Season well.
- Lightly toast the Baker Street Burger Buns. Spoon the coleslaw onto one half of the bun. Top with pulled chicken and the remaining half a bun.
